1. Share Your Details

Begin your journey by filling out our simple order form. Provide us with your contact details and delivery address to ensure a seamless experience.

2. Receive Your Payment Instructions

After submitting your order form, you'll receive an email with payment details. Simply follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

3. Confirm Your Payment

Once payment is made, reply to the email with proof of payment. We will promptly process your order and prepare your Tasting Box for delivery.

4. Schedule Your Consultation

Upon payment confirmation, you'll receive a link to book your personalised cake consultation, allowing you to schedule your personalised cake consultation. During this 45-minute session, we will discuss your preferences, answer any questions, and refine the details of your wedding cake. This consultation is an essential part of our bespoke service, ensuring that every element of your cake aligns perfectly with your vision.

5. Enjoy Your Tasting Experience

The tasting can take place either before or during your consultation, allowing you to savour our delectable flavours while discussing your dream cake with Lid.
